Innovation Pathways Coordinator

Bachelors Degree in education or related field required2. Experience in coordinating post-graduation plans3. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field of education, college advising and admission, school counseling, or a related field in a school setting is preferred4. Ability to work with youth and deliver services in an individual, small group, and large group settings5.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and organizations6. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in relationship-building and community-building within educational, or community-based settings7. Strong skills in presentation, designing, planning, implementing, and monitoring projects/programs8. Excellent oral and written communication skills 9.

Help oversee all grant administration and Innovation Pathways deliverables4. Seek out additional funding opportunities and assist in the submission of grant proposals5. Identify internship opportunities and build relationships with local businesses and organizations6. Work with state and local agencies to align with standards for Innovation Pathway Programs7.

Effectively communicate with all constituents involved with Innovation Pathways including students, teachers, counselors, families, etc.8. Monitor the progress of participating students and provide support and guidance as needed9. Work closely with school administration, teachers, and guidance counselors to align the internship program with the school's curriculum and career development goals10. Meet with students and host information sessions for a variety of stakeholders11.
