As a Product Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to our valued customers. This position offers a unique blend of customer service, logistics coordination, and product knowledge. If you're passionate about alternative medicine and enjoy helping others, this could be the perfect role for you**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of alternative medicine products to customers
- Ensure accurate and on-time delivery by coordinating with our logistics partners
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any delivery-related issues or questions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth order fulfillment process
- Maintain and update delivery schedules and records
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product availability for delivery
- Assist in packaging and labeling products for delivery

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience in logistics coordination or a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of alternative medicine products and their benefits is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and the ability to lift and carry heavy items as required
