Cashier/stocker Overnight

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various retail duties. **Duties**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products as needed

Qualifications:

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of electronics, technical sales, jewelry sales, or bilingual skills is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system is an asset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload
