**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the data entry and maintenance of all inventory product movement.
- First level support for inquiries regarding open order status.
- Position requires the ability to complete assigned tasks while also multi-tasking.
- Assists in updating Oracle on a daily basis to track the location, transfer and disposal of product.
- Monitors and scrubs weekly/monthly reporting for inventory management.
- Ensures all paperwork/updating is accurate as it progresses through system.
- Assists in the preparation and conducting of equipment cycle counts and physical inventories on a quarterly and annual basis as required.
- Reports to management areas of concern regarding issues within inventory control.
- Communicates with internal customers regarding status of open orders.
- Meets productivity/quality standards relative to responsibility as outlined by Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Responsible for the filing & record retention of Inventory Control documents.
- Performs other duties as assigned. High school degree or equivalent is required.
- Data entry and limited spreadsheet skills are required. Proficiency in MS Business Suite is required.
- Minimal physical effort required.
- Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 60lbs.
- Possesses adequate written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses teamwork attitude. Possesses adequate customer service skills.
- Possesses adequate problem solving skills. Ability to interact professionally at all levels internally and externally.
- Ability to review and understand general instructions, prepare and provide basic information.
- Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
- Minimal physical effort required.
- Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.)
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 -2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Some related copy job experience is preferred.
- May require valid driver’s license.
Pay: $17.50 per hour
