**Job highlights**
- This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Director reporting directly to ownership.

- $85,000 - $100,000
- The role is located in Van Nuys, CA
- Expert knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) practices, federal and state Employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies that drive employee engagement, retention, and development
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and culture development.
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA and/or HR certified required
- Human Resource overhaul to clean up and improve on-boarding, training, performance evaluation and promotions. Develop and maintain a protocol for comprehensive performance evaluations.
- Develop and then maintain an HR Cross Training Manual (how to guide on HR on-boarding, off boarding, payroll etc)
- Hire and develop HR Team for recruitment and implementation
- Update and maintain Employee Handbook to reflect current laws and labor compliance (quarterly review/update).
- Handle payroll bimonthly for employees, and benefits.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
