Batch Maker

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented _Batch Maker_ to join our team. We are hiring for a paint manufacturer in Santa Fe Springs. As a Batch Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients according to specific formulas and procedures. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will ensure the production of high-quality products.

**Requirements**:

- Chemical Industry Experience for 3-5 years
- Knowledge of equipment handling
- Know how to operate pump machine and mixing.
- Able to lift weight 50 lbs. and move paint drums in warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow batch sheets and formulas to accurately measure and weigh ingredients
- Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients together
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings as needed to maintain product consistency
- Perform quality checks on batches to ensure they meet specifications
- Document batch information, including ingredients used and any adjustments made
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic production environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines at all times

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- pump machine: 1 year (preferred)
