**We are looking for someone to join our Aquatics division, that might have an artistic eye for nature. We Do Landscape construction as well as Install and maintain aquatic water gardens. From Pond to Waterfalls, Water Features to any water garden you can think of.**
**We are looking for people with experience in the industry and someone that is open to learning and picking things up quickly.**
Scott Anderson Design is a growing Landscape Design Company looking for a career-oriented person with experience leading a landscape construction crew and Managing multiple construction crews.
We are an expanding the “family business” offering a hands-on, friendly, teamwork based environment. We’re seeking someone with leadership qualities capable of managing a crew that plants, installs, and constructs residential landscape projects.
Applicants need to be comfortable building and maintaining client relationships. Experience with plants, landscape lighting, and masonry preferred. Travel within Nassau and Suffolk counties required. Looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, as well as impeccable customer service capabilities. Some experience interacting with clients, crew, and management preferred. Knowledge of annuals, perennials, trees/shrubs.
A clean driving record and valid driver’s license required. English Speaking required; fluency in Spanish preferred.
Drive truck/trailer combo and operate skid loader. Read plans (blueprints), execute grading, drainage, planting and supervise crews. Masonry or heavy equipment experience a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
