We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that patients are kept safe at all times.
- Provide basic nursing care to patients.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Adhere to hospital regulations, federal and state laws, and nursing standards of practice.
- Perform physical exams including checking vital signs, listening to heart and lungs, palpating abdomen, and taking blood pressure.
- Communicate with doctors in order to be aware of current treatments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $250.00 - $650.00 per day
