Position. Trailhead Attendant

Essential Function: Assists in implementing the daily Trailhead activities that include the Fitness Center, the Pool and the Youth Program. Ensures all shifts as a pool attendant, youth attendant and fitness attendant are carried out to the best of abilities.

Requirements: CPR/AED training and certification recommended. Weekend and holiday availability are required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets Members in a cheerful and welcoming manner. Builds professional and positive relationships with all Members & Guests of the Trailhead. Assists all participants through the sign-in process to utilize the Trailhead facilities. Properly records, documents and enters member activity into the RPOS system which may include charges. Maintains a general knowledge and understanding of membership & guest privileges at The Club. Knowledgeable of all club events, operations and activities. Answers questions regarding the Club. Informs and educates members of rules, regulations, and policies of the Club. Presents an enthusiastic, friendly and positive attitude. Has an outgoing personality and communication skills. Must be a team player, is cooperative and willing to participate in any given task or activity. Answers the phone with the correct company greeting in a calm and welcoming voice. Responsible to complete daily shift duties. Restock items as needed. Adheres to all sanitation and cleaning protocols to keep the Trailhead grounds clean and orderly. Basic knowledge and understanding of the offered fitness equipment. Implements all water safety policies and procedures. Supervises guests in and around the pool area. Responsible for the safety of youth participants during youth activities. Performs other duties directed by the Trailhead Leaders, Assistant & the Director. Keeps management informed of problems and provides feedback from members. Recognizes and responds effectively and efficiently to all unsafe conditions or emergencies Opens and/or closes the Trailhead when scheduled. Punctual to all shifts and wears the designated uniform while at work. Attends all required meetings.

Reports To. Trailhead Director

Supervises. No supervisory duties are included.
