Kett’s core service offerings include contract recruiting and staffing, proving ground management, test program development, field and fleet test development, data acquisition and reporting, mapping programs and test trip staffing, and logistics and support.**

We are currently looking for a Junior Warehouse person to join our team and work with our customer at their facility in Colton, California.

RESPONSIBILITES:

- Receive all incoming shipments, sign for items, screen goods delivered against BOLs, evaluate material for obvious damage.
- Notify recipient that a package has been received.
- Maintain and keep stocked self-service shipment center. May assist with palletizing and weighing large items.
- Monitor daily shipments per company schedule utilizing approved carrier base (parcel and freight).
- Ensure pick ups are scheduled and parcel shipping labels are generated by 3rd party logistics provider.
- Process received goods.
- Ensure inventory is accurate and maintained at appropriate levels, policies and procedures are enforced to ensure efficient, effective and safe warehouse operations.
- Oversee warehouse locations and labeling, making sure goods are correctly stored and reflected in ERP system.
- Other activities as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School Diploma (Associates a plus)
- Clean driving record
- 3+ years experience in warehouse operations; Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Control, Documentation and Escalations/Resolutions.
- High volume, automotive experience preferred.
- Dangerous Goods Handling Training in accordance with 49 CFR S172.704 (a)(1-5).
- Able to track multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience motivating team members in a constructive manner.
- Experience using a common ERP or WMS system (i.e., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Active forklift certification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 per hour
