**About Your Work**

As the Manager, Inpatient Care Management, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to optimize patient care delivery, drive operational efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes. As part of a cross-functional team, you will work directly with clinical teams, administration, and external partners to optimize patient care delivery and resource utilization.

- Develop, implement innovative strategies to improve care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization management.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive performance excellence.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence in patient care delivery.

**The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in inpatient care management or related healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical background with expertise in care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization management.
- Proven record of driving performance improvement initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and lead change effectively.

Physical Requirements:
Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of workday.
