KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide an effortless, elevated and seamless experience to all clients
- Greet and check-in clients with a warm and friendly, Welcome"
- Educate clients on our polish wall and membership, and answer questions with poise while showing passion for The Masha Lash Way

**COMPENSATION + BENEFITS**

We are proud to offer our lash & brow artists a fair compensation of commission pay (% based off of experience) + Tips (20% tip rate is average for our studio). Employee Discount, Flexible Schedule, Referral Program, Professional development assistance. Full health and dental benefits (eligable after 60 days of employment)

**CURRENT LICENSE**
All applicants must be licensed estheticians or cosmetologists in the State of Michigan.

**REQUIREMENTS**
The ability to work 30-40 hours per week, early mornings, and evenings.
