**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deburr and polish metal parts produced by the machine shop.
- Maintain quality control of all parts produced in the Deburring Department.
- Measure and maintain and document the dimensions on material as required per instructions.
- Report and document any equipment malfunctions to direct supervisor.
- Work within the standard operating procedures and job safety parameters.
- Maintain satisfactory production rates.
- Maintain reliable attendance and on-time performance.
- Communicate with all co-workers and shifts.
- Clean and maintain a safe work area.
- Complete all tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
- Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions immediately to their direct supervisor.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
- Perform basic machine maintenance (oils, coolants, cleaning of filters, etc.)
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Aerospace related experience or demonstrable knowledge, skills and abilities to proficiently perform the above-mentioned tasks a must.
- Deburrers must stand for long periods and be adaptable to a changing work environment as well.
- Deburrers also must be open to being exposed to varying levels of noise and temperature.
- Knowledge and proficiency in use of basic mechanical inspection equipment: micrometers, calipers, bore and height gages, etc.
- Ability to read and understand specifications, travelers and drawings.

Pay: From $22.00 per year
