**Overview**:
We are currently seeking an experienced energy auditor to join our team. As an energy auditor, you will be responsible for conducting energy audits and selling weatherization jobs. This is a full-time position with competitive commission-based pay.

**Responsibilities & Job Requirements**:

- Conduct BPI level energy audits of residential, multi-family, and commercial buildings daily.
- Document all audits performed thoroughly with notes and photos saved centrally.
- Produce plan views of every property audited.
- Identify all potential risks discovered during audits and document them thoroughly for the customer and your internal colleagues.
- Conduct blower door duct testing of newly constructed buildings.
- Model energy audits within the NHSaves program using utility program's software programs.
- Produce proposals to customers for weatherization projects using CoConstruct in a timely manner.
- Analyze, monitor, and prepare cost exposures on your projects to maintain comprehensive budgets.
- Manage your pipeline daily, providing customers with necessary follow up communication.
- Contact all customers with proposals awaiting approval at least once per week.
- Document all communications with customers in CoConstruct.
- Attend weekly weatherization department meeting and provide updates on all customers in pipeline.
- Prepare estimates to review with the customer if the work scope changes after the job is sold.
- Follow all company procedures, such as turning in all receipts for purchases on the company credit card.
- Report to jobsite/office on time, alert, on a daily basis.
- Have a clean appearance and wear TCS branded apparel at all times.
- Punch in and out through CoConstruct.
- Maintain a valid drivers license.
- Update yourself about job needs for education by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- This person should have no issue working in inclement weather conditions and not have a fear of heights or be claustrophobic.

**Professional Licensing**:

- It is required that you hold and maintain a BPI License to hold this employment role.

**Networking**:

- Attend a minimum of 5 networking events per month to enhance yourself and the company's brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Auditor or in a similar role
- BPI License
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CoConstruct is a plus
- Experience with Surveyor/Compass is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
