Our team utilizes direct communication methods in order to deliver superior customer service and sales support on behalf of our clients.

Our team of customer service professionals are experts in building rapport and creating long-lasting customer satisfaction. Due to recent growth and market acquisition, we’re actively hiring a Sales Associate to join our Long Island-based team. The Sales Associate will become part of an exciting, inclusive culture that fosters productivity, creativity, and results. Our management is dedicated to providing our employees with a safe, team-oriented environment. What we do is just as important as how we do it.

**Our Sales Associate’s Primary Responsibilities**:

- Meet one-on-one with prospective customers to review their wants and needs and provide tailored product recommendations to meet those needs
- Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints with a high level of professionalism and provide quality sales solutions
- Capitalize all opportunities to increase sales and revenue for the company by educating potential customers about our sales products and services
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance policies as dictated by the company and client such as proper use of electronic devices, sales systems, and customer information
- Participate in team training with the Sales Associate team intended to improve customer satisfaction and business sales performance
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and packages and become an expert on client product knowledge

**Key Requirements for Sales Associate**:

- 1-2 years of customer service or sales associate experience preferred
- Highschool diploma or equivalent is ideal
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to establish rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibits active listening skills by being engaged in sales conversations
- A driven individual who is adaptable and looking for a challenge
- Consistent and predictable attendance
- Must be team-oriented, articulate, and have a friendly personality
- Posses a student mentality, eager to learn and develop

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

- Travel

- Jamaica, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)
