**Mainframe BA / QA Analyst**

**Location
- Richmond, VA**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
- Business Analysis / Mainframe Testing experience
- Business analyst / QA experience within a large mainframe-oriented banking / financial services environment
- Support and perform testing required to ensure successful implementation of solutions into Production
- Payments / Card Services / Point of Sale (POS) Industry knowledge
- Superb communication skills, both oral and written (interacting with technical, project, and business resources)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Perform the duties of Quality Assurance / Business Analysis for mainframe implementation
- Support and perform testing required to ensure successful implementation of solutions into production
- Communicates to business and technical partners on incidents as they occur when they impact system performance or availability,
- Collaborate with other Tech platforms and partners to engineer an integrated, end-to-end support frameworks across technology layers
