- Clean and maintain assigned areas in accordance with established procedures and standards
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- High school degree or equivalent preferred

**Skills**:

- Hospitality: Understanding the importance of providing excellent service to guests or customers.
- Housekeeping Management: Knowledge of housekeeping principles, practices, and techniques.
- Industrial Cleaning: Experience in cleaning large industrial spaces using specialized equipment.
- Custodial: Ability to perform custodial duties such as cleaning restrooms, emptying trash bins, etc.
- Floor Care: Proficiency in maintaining and caring for various types of flooring surfaces.
- Residnet cleaning standards and procedures.
