Full Time Horse Farm Hand

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Hand. As a Farm Hand, you will assist in the daily operations and maintenance of our farm. This is a physically demanding role that requires knowledge of farm machinery, equipment repair, and horse handling.
**Duties**:
- Maintain and repair farm equipment, including tractors, mowers, and other machinery
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete various tasks on the farm
- Assist with the care and handling of horses, including feeding, grooming, and cleaning
- Assist with harvesting hay
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings and grounds
- Perform heavy lifting as needed for various farm tasks
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in farming operations
- Experience working with equine animals is a must
- Ability to handle and care for animals in a safe and humane manner
- Knowledge of garden maintenance techniques is beneficial
- Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery safely
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours of outdoor work
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
