Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Perform general facilities maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to achieve desired results
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks, such as buffing floors and deep cleaning carpets
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies, such as toilet paper and soap, as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor promptly

**Skills**:

- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
