- **Lead Daily Operations**: Facilitate sales meetings, conduct one-on-one coaching with sales reps, and initially close deals while supporting new recruits.
- **Drive Growth**: Build a robust D2D solar sales team, nurturing 5-10 placed rookies every month with the vision to expand to a 20-30 person powerhouse generating $20-30 million in new business and customer value annually.

- A veteran in door-to-door solar sales AND management with 3+ years of experience.
