**Job Description**:
We are accordingly looking for a skilled General Project Manager at Hexagon Roofing, you will oversee the company projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve scheduling, coordinating with teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be the linchpin between our clients, Sales team, and Roofing teams, ensuring smooth operation and excellent outcomes.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with clients and team members.
Utilize CRM systems and Google tools for project management and documentation.
Obtain necessary inspections and permits by coordinating with city halls.
Multitask across various projects, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Coordinate efforts between Sales steam and Roofers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in the roofing Industry or construction ( Advantage for Field management and sales)
Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse teams and clients.
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and Google tools.
Ability to work with city halls to order inspections and permits.
Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of leading teams to success.
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
