Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing machinery, equipment, or systems; troubleshooting issues; and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or hazards and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Utilize schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments within the organization.
- Assist with the supervision and coordination of external contractors when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by addressing their maintenance concerns in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
