Ascend Supervisor

Everlasting Wellness LLC is an all-women mental health private practice, specializing in trauma and women's issues. We are currently looking for an experienced and empowering therapist who will work as a dual role as an ASCEND Supervisor.

ASCEND is Everlasting Wellness' graduate internship program. The mission of this program is to provide a comprehensive internship experience to support professional and clinical growth for the new cohort of clinicians.

This is a dual role, clinical leadership position in our ASCEND Program. The ASCEND Supervisor is compensated via billables completed and stipend for completion of identified deliverables, that will support the ASCEND program within Everlasting Wellness LLC, including intern clinical supervision, as well as oversight of their assigned team. These tasks are in addition to the ASCEND Supervisor’s separate therapist responsibilities, for providing mental health/outpatient counseling to their own part/full time caseload. Care for caseload includes, but is not limited to, providing mental health outpatient counseling and completing all required documentation to keep clients’ records updated according to legal/ethical guidelines of the profession as well as insurance company requirements.

**Education/Experience Requirements**
- Master's in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Doctorate of Psychology required
- Licensure for State of PA (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)
- Have at least 2 years post Master's degree in the field
- Experience supervising is preferred
- Possess and demonstrate sound clinical and professional judgment
- Must be able to use computer software, such as electronic health records and Google Drive

Pay: $42.00 - $52.00 per hour
