The Opportunity

We are looking for a Program Management Lead to join the Marketing Program Management and Operations Team at Adobe The Brand Marketing Ops Team is a centralized function designed to lead initiatives that impact the entire Brand Marketing org, specifically Content Supply Chain implementation to support overall marketing execution. Through collaboration with Marketing Program Management, Strategy Planning & Solutions, and Studio, the team sets standards and processes for leading projects with CSC. This role requires a good understanding of content creation and program management.
What you'll Do

Drive program management for CSC implementation—from planning, tracking, elevating risks, testing, and removing blockers to execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ACS (Adobe Customer Solutions), ATS (Adobe Technology Services), product teams, global marketing teams, and Brand Marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of CSC.
Standardize processes to effectively plan, manage, deliver, archive, and measure content. As customer zero, help test and implement new technologies, including AI, to improve CSC and propel it to become the industry standard.
Develop and drive strategic alignment of the operating model framework, governance models, and decision-making frameworks.
Build relationships with key influencers and executive leaders to drive program success and change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide coaching and support to Brand Marketing teams and agencies for CSC-adoption.
Produce regular reports for leadership on the status and effectiveness of program and change initiatives
What you need to succeed

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8+ years of managing complex, multi-discipline transformation programs, preferably with a broad understanding of different marketing content creation workflows. e.g., Web, Video, Social, Life Cycle Marketing, Paid Media
Demonstrates exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet target dates in a fast-paced environment.
Competent in Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Office, and Wiki with a fundamental understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Frame. i.o., and Digital Assets Management is a plus.
Ability to think strategically and independently for problem-solving.
Knowledge or experience in Campaign Marketing and Release Marketing. Understanding of the product development cycle.
A proven track record of successfully planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing programs to drive business results.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $104,000 -- $226,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
