Summer School Tutor

We are dedicated to elevating the academic success of our students. Our philosophy is based on two fundamental principles: Individualization and Quality. We believe that every student has unique needs and learning styles that must be addressed. Our personalized approach ensures that each student receives the attention and support they need to succeed academically and beyond.

**Responsibilities**:
As a tutor, you will be responsible for leading one-on-one or small group lessons that cater to the needs and goals of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Working with students to help them understand key concepts in their individualized curriculum binder
- Using meaningful individualized activities to help students retain information
- Helping students reach academic goals identified by One on One Learning
- Providing students with positive and constructive feedback

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a minimum of 60 credit hours towards an Education or college degree
- Have experience tutoring in **one or more **of these areas:

- Be able to tutor **in person, during scheduled hours, at school sites**.
- Have reliable transportation, an excellent driving record, and a valid driver’s license
- Genuinely love to work with children

**Schedule**:

- Monday-Friday from 8:30am-12:30pm
- *Note: This is a Summer position. _

**Pay**:

- $25 an hour
