**Solutions Architect - MarTech Strategy (US - Contract)**
**Salary/Hourly Rate**:
$150 - $156 per hour
**Onsite/Remote**:
This is an onsite role in either Austin, TX (preference), or Seattle, WA
**Position Overview**:
Our B2B Digital Team is looking for someone who has a passion for steering large enterprises through MarTech modernization journeys, leveraging a proactive and comprehensive approach that harnesses existing, new, and emerging technologies, with a central emphasis on optimizing the Martech ecosystem. As a solutions architect - MarTech Strategy, you stand as a beacon of expertise across multiple domains, encompassing MarTech enterprise architecture, data management, integration strategies, marketing campaigns, and advanced analytics.
This is a key leadership role that demands a deep understanding of technology trends, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering the highest value to some of the most well-respected brands in the world.
**Responsibilities of the Solutions Architect - MarTech Strategy**:
- Design and develop the overall Martech architecture, including data integration, campaign management, analytics, and automation systems
- Create scalable and extensible solutions that can accommodate future growth and changing business needs
- Ensure performance optimization and adhere to data governance and security measures
- Lead the implementation of Martech solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, IT, and data teams
- Manage the integration of Martech systems with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient processes
- Ensure and implement system and technical standards across all the MMS marketing technology landscape at McKesson
- Build trust and collaborations with business partners at Marketing and Sales organizations
- Marketing and advocating for IT initiatives
- Lead and mentor technical teams across different commercial systems
- Act as a Development Lead and work with MSP teams, vendors and other FTEs across MMS and the Enterprise to monitor quality of program delivery, and enforce enterprise standards including SOX change control, data privacy, and data security
**Qualifications of the Solutions Architect - MarTech Strategy: **
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience working closely with B2B ecosystem driving their MarTech transformation journeys,
- A minimum of 5+ years of consulting experience
- Professional knowledge of cutting-edge technologies associated with Marketing - proficiency in various Martech tools and platforms (including Marketo, SalesForce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
- Top-level technical experience with salesforce platform and development
- Ability to act as a Development Lead to other FTEs or vendors
- Top-tier hands-on experience with building integrations (SalesForce, Marketo and other platforms like Splash, Zoom etc. )
- Proven track records in documenting business requirements and translating the requirements into technical specification
- Professional knowledge of data security and privacy requirements
- Technical skills and experience in managing secure data transfers across different systems internally and externally
- Experience supporting technology architectural review and code-review
- Ability to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement as well as technical approach to deliver the desired outcome
- Knowledge of data modeling and clear understanding of data structures and relationships
- Skills to work with Operations team and help with issues across all of the platforms within the Ecosystem

The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. _
