**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored to the unique needs and objectives of our healthcare clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) that aligns with our brands voice and resonates with their target audience.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
- Leverage social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) to target specific demographics, promote content, and generate leads for our clients.
- Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize our clients' social media presence and drive engagement.
- Monitor social media conversations and trends related to healthcare topics, competitors, and industry influencers to identify opportunities for engagement and thought leadership.
- Work closely with clients to develop social media content calendars, campaign concepts, and strategies that align with their business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the agency at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to raise awareness of our services, showcase our expertise, and expand our client base.
- Plan and coordinate agency-sponsored events, workshops, and seminars to educate healthcare professionals and decision-makers about our capabilities and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify event opportunities, develop promotional materials, and follow up with leads to drive conversions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different social media channels and audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools preferred
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences through social media.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
