**Summary**:
Responsible for the preparation, delivery and proper storage of human milk and infant formula.

**Responsibilities**:
Follows food safety guidelines in milk room as well as maintaining stock of preparation supplies.Utilizes computerized inventory system and escalates any issues to leadership.Accurately calculates human milk and formula additives based on order and mixes appropriately.Reviews infant feeding orders and clarifies them with the patient care team.Collect breast milk, insures proper labeling and storage.Monitors inventory of patient specific milk deposits.Monitors temperature and function of each freezer and refrigerator in the milk room and reports concerns to leadership.

**Education and Certification Requirements**:
