- Assist with system updates and data entry
- Faxing, Filing, and Copying functions
- Answer phones and assist with employee questions and/or concerns
- Research, analyze, and resolve discrepancies
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Computer Proficiency
