**Full Job Description**
**OVERVIEW**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES - GENERAL**:
- Provide support to staff and manage day-to-day operations with a structured, process-oriented approach centered around a working office environment.
- Laptop/desktop setup and configuration, user data migration, installing/updating software, and
generally maintaining Windows workstations
- Laptop/desktop/cellular phones hardware troubleshooting & replacement (hard drives, RAM, keyboards, etc.)
- Printer Installation, basic maintenance, and Ordering Toner & supplies.
- Conduct the forecasting and purchasing of IT related items including, but not limited to; laptops,Desktops & network hardware.
- Autocad 2024 MEP experience for in house electrical as-builts drawings, including but not limited to moves,adds, & changes.
**RESPONSIBILITIES - SYSTEMS**:
- Support & maintain field deployed, tablets,laptops & cellular phones.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategies for upgrade, expansion, continuous improvement, life cycle, and preventive maintenance of in house computer network & hardware systems
- Seek out business efficiencies that can be gained through systems.
- Coordinate activities with outside consultants and IT Manager, as necessary

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete an array of tasks.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
- Electrical Systems Knowledge, Information Systems, Business, or related field a plus
- 2+ years of relevant help desk experience in a professional setting
- 2+ years Windows 10 & 11, Office Suite, desktop software and hardware support.
- Microsoft Network experience a plus.
- Company willing to provide educational courses for related responsibilities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills - applicant must be able to determine the causes of complex problems and recommend practical and effective solutions.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2019,Active Directory and Office 365 a plus

**FLSA**: Full-Time Salary
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
