**BAILMENT - CHASSIS COORDINATOR**

**Position**

The Bailment/Chassis Coordinator compiles data and operates computers performing routine clerical duties to maintain records and reports.

**Responsibilities**
- Composes routine correspondence and reports.
- Updates and distributes daily reports as required.
- Coordinates with inside salespeople concerning status reports, job orders, and bailment information.
- Creates and analyzes Commercial Vehicle Specifications and processes them through GM, Ford, and Ram ordering systems.
- Refines and updates online bailment.
- Filing, scanning, and E-filing.
- Develop spreadsheets on special projects.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to use basic math skills
