**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Farm Hand. As a Farm Hand, you will perform various tasks related to farm operations, including heavy lifting, equipment operation, animal handling, and general farm maintenance. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Duties**:

- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Animal handling and care, including feeding, grooming, and basic medical treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities and equipment
- Assist with planting, growing, and harvesting crops
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring feed quantities and mixing ratios
- Assist with equipment repair and maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
- Knowledge of animal handling techniques, particularly with equine species
- Basic understanding of equipment repair and maintenance
- Familiarity with animal husbandry practices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
