Guest Service**: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items.
- ** Order Management**: Take accurate food and drink orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- ** Table Maintenance**: Monitor and maintain table settings, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- ** Payment Processing**: Handle guest payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and proper cash handling procedures.
- ** Menu Knowledge**: Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and dietary restrictions to answer guest inquiries.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- ** Problem Resolution**: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have experience in a fine dining setting.
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of dining etiquette and service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as necessary.

**Work Environment**:

- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
