**SPG is hiring Full Time RBT's for School-Based Services**

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work with students with Autism and related disabilities in the school settings. SPG is dedicated to providing all employees with a unique mentoring program and maintaining strong, collaborative client relationships. Hourly Rate - $22.00 - $26.00 (starting at $22 for BTs).
- **Responsibilities and Duties**:_
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans
- Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition
- Collect data

- **Requirements**:_
- Associate’s Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or licensed SLP-A, or related field
- Required: 9 months of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, (or 6 months accompanied by RBT Certification)
- Completion of 40 hours Registered Behavior Technician Training (may be provided by SPG, if needed)
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to work with students in-person
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
- General Requirements_
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
