**Technician Job Responsibilities**:
As a Pest Control Technician, your duties will include:

- Talking with customers to understand and address pest problems
- Inspecting properties for pest entry points and performing exclusion work
- Placing monitoring stations and performing pesticide treatments
- Driving between customer locations on your assigned route
- Performing preventive pest control services and sales stops

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Excellent customer service skills.** This is a top priority for all employees
- Ability to problem-solve. Our technicians put on their detective hats and are persistent until they find the issue
- Attention to detail. Check out our reviews online - our technicians really CARE about what they do
- Technical proficiency with handheld/smartphones, computers, etc. Your schedule and notes about each account from previous technician visits are provided on a work phone.
- Physical ability. This position requires the ability to do physical work in all temperatures and weather conditions while maintaining the schedule for each service.
- Driving. Full drivers license (not provisional or suspended) is required.

**Training**:

- One-month professionally designed training program with a field supervisor.
- Combination of classroom and in-the field training
- Stipend provided for commute during training if training in Owings Mills is necessary

**Hiring Process**:

- Phone interview (10-15 minutes)
- In-person / Zoom interview
- Ride along (around 4 hours)
- Job offer, reference checks, background check, and drug screen
