As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and creating a healthy environment for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Cleaner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned areas. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in offices, residential buildings, or other assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies and disposing of waste.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to ensure consistent and efficient cleaning services.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and appropriately.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns or requests promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cleaner or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and techniques.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Driver's License
