Ice Cream Scooper

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Scoopers. As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will be responsible for serving delicious ice cream treats to our customers with a smile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scoop and serve ice cream in cones, cups, and sundaes
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products or toppings to enhance customer experience
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality of products
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Basic understanding of retail math for transactions
- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
- Familiarity with operating a cash register
- Culinary skills or interest in food preparation
- Strong sales skills to increase revenue
- Excellent time management to handle busy periods efficiently
- Previous experience in food service is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
