53 Ft Reefer Dispatcher

C1 Transportation is looking to fill a positions of professional Reefer Dispatcher

We are a fast-growing trucking company and we're currently seeking a highly organized and experienced dispatcher to join our team.

As a Reefer **Dispatcher**, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of oversize and Dry and Temp controlled loads across the country, ensuring that our clients' cargo arrives safely and on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the movement of Reefer, including obtaining Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain frequent communication with drivers to ensure that they are operating safely and within compliance regulations.
- Manage customer relationships and provide timely updates on load status and delivery.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments, including operations and maintenance, to ensure that equipment is available and maintained in good condition.
- Continuously monitor and optimize loads to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and drivers.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field preferred.
- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatching 53" **Reefer
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements for heavy transportation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems (TMS).
