**Job Title**: Masonry Superintendent
**Job Type**: Full-Time - (Flexible) Manage your time efficiently throughout the week, there will be some evenings and weekends - Hybrid (Office, Onsite, Home).
**Salary: $45 - $57**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage masonry projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to plan and execute masonry work efficiently.
- Supervise masonry crews, allocate tasks, and provide guidance to ensure effective and timely project completion.
- Inspect and evaluate job sites regularly to maintain high-quality workmanship and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor material inventory, equipment usage, and resource allocation for optimal project execution.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the team members.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the masonry/construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in masonry techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring a safe working environment for all.
**Requirements**:
- **Depth of knowledge in**: Concrete (Commercial work - new construction and repair work,, masonry (brick,block,stone), demo, grading, excavation, time, labor, materials, ADA, Retaining Walls, Masonry, Excavation, Grading, Stamped Concrete, etc.
