**Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Admission Representative. As an Admission Representative, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling students into our educational institution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students.

**Duties**
- Conduct outreach activities to prospective students, including high school visits, college fairs, and community events
- Provide information about our institution's programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate student readiness and fit for our programs
- Collaborate with academic advisors to provide guidance and support to students throughout the enrollment process
- Represent our institution at recruitment events and deliver presentations to large groups of prospective students and their families
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in education policies to effectively communicate relevant information to prospective students

**Skills**
- Strong academic advising skills to guide students in making informed decisions about their education
- Knowledge of education administration processes and procedures
- Ability to educate prospective students about program offerings, admission requirements, and financial aid options
- Excellent public speaking skills to deliver engaging presentations to large groups
- Experience in recruiting or working with students in an educational setting is preferred
- Provides supervisor with accurate daily performance reports related to advertising and recruitment program effectiveness, and future start populations
- Ensure adequate checks and balances in Admissions process to prevent unrealistic expectations of prospective students regarding their course or end objective
- Plan promotional events to raise the visibility of the school
- Host and coordinate open house events to facilitate student enrollment
- Contact all viable leads to set appointments for interviewing of prospective students
- Create referrals and personally developed leads utilizing various methods

**Education & Knowledge**
- BS/BA required.
- Applicants with applicable experience but who do not hold a Bachelors degree may be considered for the role and are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of the educational environment, and the ability to interface with faculty and administration on all levels.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite
- Knowledgeable of all school and company policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state regulations and all accrediting agencies standards and requirements relating to admissions.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Enrollment Services in Higher Education

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to obtain a NYS Education Department Agent License
- Must be professionally dressed at all times including clothing, hair, modest jewelry etc.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
