**MAINTENANCE WORKER**

**CURRENT ASSIGNMENT IS FULL TIME, PERMANENT POSITION**

**DISTRICT-WIDE**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance related fields is preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid PA Driver’s License
- Must pass all background checks
- Must have skills in electrical, plumbing/HVAC, and carpentry
- Must have skills in sweating copper tubing, basic welding, and brazing tasks, using gas welding, electric arc welding techniques
- Knowledge in automated, computerized building energy management systems for heating and air conditioning controls
- Must have working carpentry knowledge and sufficient mechanical skills to perform essential functions, duties, and responsibilities
- Basic ability to read and understand blueprints, building plans, sketches, and schematic drawings Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively Ability to understand written and verbal instructions Appropriately dressed, dependable, loyal, and discreet
- **Pay rate: $17.17**_
