We are looking for professional and customer-service-oriented security officers to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. We are offering rewarding, meaningful careers and professional growth in an environment that cares for its employees.
No experience is necessary for this position. If you have any retail, food service, or hospitality experience, you’d be a great addition to our team We will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Be at least 18 years of age (required)
- A valid, unexpired BSIS guard card before the first day of work (required)
- A valid, unexpired driver’s license before the first day of work (required)
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
**Job requirements**
- Secure premises and personnel by inspecting access points and performing interior and exterior foot/mobile patrols regularly and/or randomly within the property perimeter
- Document checkpoints and monitor occurrences by completing detailed and accurate reports through Silvertrac
- Recall specific events and unusual occurrences accurately and efficiently
- Preserve order, protect the company’s property, and respond to emergencies while enforcing law regulations and directives pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
- Provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers
- Follow post orders and establish a presence set by clients and property management
- Operate a hand-held radio, smartphone, computer for checking surveillance cameras and/or other communication devices as needed
- Detect, deter, observe, and report

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Starting hourly pay of $19-$20, negotiable based on prior experience
