Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation and Nursing has openings for some great, energetic and passionate Registered Nurse Supervisors to assist with resident care in our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility. We currently have Full-Time, Part-Time-all shifts are available

**Position Description**:
Are you new to nursing? Not ready to take a management position? This position works closely with the unit manager, LPNs, and CNAs to provide care to the facility residents. This is a Full Time or Part Time, Evening or Night, hourly position. The primary responsibilities are to help plan, organize, develop and implement the nursing care for a group of residents. The RN works well in a team atmosphere and creates a positive experience for the patient and their family. Essential

**Responsibilities of the RN Unit Nurse**:

- Administers medications and treatments for a group of residents.
- Documents care provided clearly and accurately.
- Assess resident's clinical needs.
- Enforces established standards of care for the unit.
- Review Resident records & quality of care.
- Address questions brought forward by Residents or their families.

**Requirements of the RN Unit Nurse**:

- Holds valid RN License in NYS.
- Graduate nurses welcome to apply
- Great computer skills including EHR use
- Excellent communication skills
