**Position Overview**

As a Marketing Associate specializing in social media management, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Strategy Development**:Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's objectives and target audience.
- **Content Creation**:Generate engaging and visually appealing content including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with client brand identities and resonate with their target audience.
- **Platform Management**:Manage and maintain client social media accounts across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Business, and TikTok.
- **Community Engagement**:Foster meaningful interactions with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Campaign Execution**:Implement social media advertising campaigns including audience targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of social media campaigns and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Stay Updated**:Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media marketing, and incorporate them into client strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in professional social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content creation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
