**The Position**: We’re currently looking for a **Production Associate** in our **Richland Center, Wisconsin **location. The pay for this position is $14.00 with annual pay increases.

**Requirements**:
- Job may require standing or sitting for full shift.
- Ability to keep up with moderate speed lines.
- Manual dexterity required, exposure to arm and wrist fatigue.
- Job may require use of automatic baggers, blister packaging, air tools for screwing and buffing, heat sealing, shrink wrapping, weigh counting parts, pallet wrapping, and moving devices.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
**Responsibilities**:
- Read and process detailed written orders, may communicate these to other team members as requested.
- Practice safety awareness while on the job to reduce risk of injury to self or others.
- Visually inspects products for defects, setting aside defective items and identify as instructed.
- Assist in keeping accurate records of production and hours on the job.
