Pet Sitter

**Professional Pet Sitter / Dog Walker / Cat Sitter/ Veterinary Technician**

**DAYTIME HOURS 7am-4pm Must Be Available for majority especially 7-9am and 11-1pm**
- **This is a great position for those who work from home with flexible work schedules, students, persons who can work random 30 minute or 1 hour visits throughout the day, who love the outdoors, who love pets + who are confident with animals YOU get to choose your schedule**

**Areas we cover**:

- **Downtown Lakeland, South Lakeland, Mulberry **and parts of **Bartow, Fl** Areas.
- Local on the field support for emergencies or questions
- Lots of room to grow into management and leadership positions

**Education Requirements**:
**Certified Professional Pet Sitter-** if not currently certified Company will pay for the certification fees for the new hire. **New Hire must complete online certifications within the first 1 month/ 30 days. Total Time: Approx.14 hours**

**Pay/Compensation**:

- Part Time/ Supplemental Income
- hours and availability of work vary
- Starting at $18/hr
- Ability to move up to max $26/hr with merit based time and completion of goals with company
- Paid per visit/ piecemeal/fix pay per visit instead of by time.

- They are experienced through paid, volunteer or personal **pet experience**:

- All staff are **comfortable using apps, internet, video, photos and social media for business purposes on a cellphone**. Staff are willing to be in video + photo
- Have access to a **personal vehicle, valid drivers license and current vehicle insurance**:

- **Have a smart phone with photo/video/GPS capability and be able to efficiently operate one--** employees use our app for scheduling, sending updates to clients, and communicating with the office/team.

**Position Descriptions**

TITLE**:Pet Care Specialist TIER 1**

PURPOSE: The Pet Care Specialist provides peace of mind and freedom to pet families while knowing their pets are safe + well cared with our premier pet care services.
**Job Description**:

- Availability must include holidays, + weekends on rotation.
- Typical visit are for 30 minutes or 1 hour visits:

- Typical Windows of Pet Care arrival are between 7am-9:30pm shifts Monday-Sunday. You choose what days/windows you works, and what visits you accept
- Average weekly schedule hours: under 1-20 hours per week, part time
- Paid flat rate per visit, payroll biweekly, direct deposit
