We have an immediate opening for a full time experienced Title Processor. We are an established real estate title company that takes pride in customer service. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, both verbally and written, since there is frequent communication needed with all parties in the transaction as the file prepares for closing.
The Title Processor is responsible for:
Make initial contact with all parties involved, including real estate agents, lenders, mortgage brokers, buyers and sellers.
Review real estate contracts.
Reviewing title commitments, ordering documents necessary to clear title, including payoff statements, estoppel letters, surveys, etc.
Preparing preliminary CD/ALTA statements and other documents related to the closing.
Ensure constant and timely communication with all parties.
**Requirements**:
Prior title experience, preferred 2 or more years.
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to remain composed in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
Ability and willingness to work well in a team environment.
Florida notary a plus.
Ability to work overtime as business demands require.
Physical office setting.
