- Supervise others in performing client's service requirements.
- Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational
- Completes routine laboratory procedures such as but not limited to preparation of solvents, buffers, media, mixing of chemicals, etc.
- Reports timely and accurate test results according to laboratory policies and procedures
- Follows GDP standards for all documentation.
- Routine maintenance of lab instruments and troubleshooting.
- Stores chemicals properly, disposes of chemical waste, adheres to safety procedures, and participates in safety programs.
- Manages inventory, maintains laboratory supplies including glassware and chemicals for biotech/pharmaceutical processes.
- Tracks and documents chemical usage and inventory.
- Maintains clean room to prevent contamination and integrity of production.
- Operates laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Calibrate balances and pH meters.
- Inspect laboratory safety stations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biochemistry, or other related degree concentration
