We are looking for a thoughtful, creative and driven Marketing Assistant who is enthusiastic about design and eager to learn the ins and outs of the luxury outdoor space and design industry. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is excited about the opportunity to grow with us. You will be working directly with the owner of the company and the marketing director, who will provide all the training you need to succeed in this role. You will be required to come into our office in Mesa for training. Hours are flexible, and can start as a part-time role. The role itself is flexible, and we're really looking for someone to come in and shine with their specific skillset Creativity, ability to collaborate and excellent communication skills are a must.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Answer phones, manage leads, and ensure excellent communication with our luxury clients. Your personable nature will help create a welcoming first impression.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist our marketing director with managing our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
- **Content Creation**: Support the creation of design content and marketing materials. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in producing high-quality content.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative duties as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Required Skills**:

- **Social Media Savvy**: Proficiency in Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social media platforms. You should be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
- **Quick Learner**: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and skills. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.
- **Excellent Computer Skills**:

- **Personable and Professional**: Strong communication skills, especially over the phone, and the ability to interact professionally with luxury clients.
- **Organized and Detail-Oriented**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy.
- **Must also be reliable, teachable, productive, creative, have the ability to function both independently and in a team setting, and be willing to showcase your skillset**

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Design Experience**: Experience with exterior design is a plus.
- **Additional Design Software**:Proficiency in Adobe products, Sketchup and other design software's a plus as well

**Compensation**
- **Negotiable Pay**: Pay will start between $16-$20 per hour depending on experience. Willing to negotiate higher if you're a good fit Potential for commission/contract work is also available for designers.
- **Flexible Hours**: Job will be in-office while training, but open to a partially remote role once training is completed.
- **Benefits After 90 Days**:We offer medical, dental & vision after 90 days
