Realizar mantenimiento preventivo planificado en los cuartos de los huéspedes (CARE, RPM, GCPM), salas de juntas y espacios públicos, cuando sea necesario, lo que incluye dar vuelta e inspeccionar colchones, somieres y ensamblar los bastidores de las camas, pasar la aspiradora detrás y debajo de los muebles, quitar manchas de alfombras y tapicerías, quitar el polvo, retocar la pintura, retocar los muebles asegurándose de que todos los accesorios y electrodomésticos estén presentes en el cuarto y que funcionen perfectamente, sustituyendo los accesorios de iluminación e inspeccionando las lechadas de cemento y los calafateos.. Dar mantenimiento, reparar y limpiar todos los cuartos de los huéspedes de acuerdo con los procedimientos y normas generales de mantenimiento preventivo de cuartos de la propiedad. Realizar reparaciones menores misceláneas tales como ajustar los asientos flojos de los inodoros, cambiar bombillas y rellenar agujeros en las paredes. Hacer limpieza general de todas las superficies de los cuartos de los huéspedes incluyendo bañeras, azulejos, pisos, paredes, ventanas, espejos. Comunicar inmediatamente al gerente/supervisor los problemas serios de mantenimiento, descubrimientos inusuales o peligros para la seguridad.

Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía; informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras; y realizar capacitaciones y obtener certificaciones de seguridad. Obedecer todas las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía, asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcros y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada y proteger los bienes de la compañía. Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía y anticiparse a sus necesidades de servicio y atenderlas. Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas con otras personas y apoyar al equipo para lograr las metas comunes. Atenerse a las expectativas y normas de calidad. Alcanzar por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso agacharse, girar la cintura, arrastrar e inclinarse. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 50 libras (22.5 Kg) o menos. Ayudar a mover, levantar, transportar y colocar objetos que pesan más de 50 libras (22.5 Kg). Estar de pie, sentado o caminando durante largos períodos de tiempo o durante el turno de trabajo completo. Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados.
